WHAT IS THE SMALLEST LOT SIZE SNOW HILL & DUDLEY WILL BUILD/RENOVATE ON?
We develop lots of all shapes and sizes! Our experience has shown us there is no such thing as a lot that is "too small" to build an incredible home on, but space limitations may determine what type of home and improvements are built on the lot. CAN SNOW HILL & DUDLEY BUILD MULTIPLE HOUSES ON SINGLE LOTS/PLOTS?
Yes! Some of our favorite projects involve large lots/plots to build multiple homes (and even a community club house and community pool!). We call these our "Community Builds", and these allow for complete customization of the living space, outdoor and potential communal areas necessary for a healthy neighborhood.
DOES SNOW HILL & DUDLEY WORK WITH UNIMPROVED/UNDEVELOPED LOTS?
We work with all lots. Of course, unimproved and undeveloped lots require additional steps including clearing, running utility lines, proper drainage, potential grading, etc., but we view all lots as an opportunity for a great home. Additionally, we try our best to build around the nature that exists on these lots by doing as little tree removal as possible, leaving just enough space for a home to be integrated into the land instead of replacing it.
